Tom is our MD.
He's also an award winning forest manager. He leads the way on thinking future, climate, woodland resilience & productivity.
Tom doesn't get out in the woods much these days but his expertise is broad which makes him great back up for Nina, Thomas & the team.

Forest Manager

Nina is a professional chartered forester with extensive project management experience and expertise in large scale woodland creation, infrastructure projects, landscape conservation, she produces exemplary grant applications and is an engineer / inventor of bespoke forestry kit on the side.

Forest Manager

Thomas is a passionate Forest Manager with a special interest in bringing dormant woodlands back into management, encouraging new woodland owners to engage in conservation practices to restore woodlands to healthy, vibrant, biodiverse environments.

Joshua Diplock

Forester & Arboriculturalist

Josh is our in-house tree inspector. Growing up in farming Josh has land management in his veins. Now, as a recent graduate, he represents the next generation of forester & is already pursuing his chosen subject energetically. He is growing an expertise in the care of individual trees, with attention on health, biodiversity, safety & preservation.
